Customers with delinquent payments will be subject to late fees, liens, and water shutoffs with the applicable fees shown below.

Late Fees	One time $25 late fee on every water bill not paid by its due date (90 days)
Interest	4.5% (quarterly, 18% per annum) interest on all unpaid water bill balances. Charged each quarter until paid in full.
